We at Remedy Student Storage value the relationship we have with our customers and web site visitors. We are committed to responsible information handling practices. We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and want you to feel comfortable whenever you visit our web site and access our services. Although our web site has unique services and offerings, they share a similar privacy philosophy. Therefore, we drafted this privacy statement to describe Remedy Student Storage 's general privacy approach to the information practices of our web site.

Information Updates

If you would like to modify and update your contact information that you have provided, you must email service@remedyss.com to initiate the change. All changes must be in writing.

Protect Personal Information

We recognize industry standards and employ security safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access and misuse. Furthermore, we take measures to ensure that the information used to process your request is accurate and current.

Reservations

​

A reservation is not a rental agreement. A reservation holds your space for you until the day of scheduled pick-up. However, management reserves the right to cancel your reservation, or make a change, at any time before you pay your full balance. We encourage you to reserve a space online, as demand for storage space is high.

Pick-Up and Delivery Date Changes

​

ALL changes for Pick-Up must be done via email 48 hours prior to pick-up or delivery (service@remedyss.com). All last minute changes (within 48 hours) may encumber a $15.00 change fee.

 

ALL changes for Drop-Offs must be done via email 7 days prior to delivery (service@remedyss.com). All last minute changes (within 7 days) may encumber a $15.00 change fee.

 

Unclaimed Items and Extended Storage

All items kept past five (5) days after listed drop date off will be charged an additional month of storage ($70) 

 

All items not claimed thirty (30) days after listed drop-off date with no communication or notification will forfeit the items stored
