The uniqueness of Remedy Student Storage (RSS) is it takes away the stress of moving items from one location to the other by operating a “Door-to-Door” concierge service. RSS comes to the the room of the pick-up location where we:
What services does Remedy Student Storage provide?

Do I have to pay the full amount for Student Storage in order to schedule my pick-up?
No. A 25% deposit is required in order to schedule services online. The remaining balance is required to be paid in full at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled pick-up.
How can I pay my remaining balance after I've paid my deposit?
24-hours following RSS receiving payment of your deposit, you will receive an invoice for your remaining balance.

Can we change or reschedule a pick-up or delivery date?
Yes, but changes must be made no later than 48 hours before the scheduled date. Late requests may incur a $15 fee.
Does the student storage package include storage boxes?
No. We store the items you already have to eliminate unnecessary hassles. However, boxes can be purchased on our website here, and they include free delivery.
Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. Delivery is not included in the pick-up and storage package. Fees are as follows:

Houston On-campus return delivery: $40.00 Schedule here

You will receive reminders throughout the summer to schedule your return delivery after confirming your housing location.

Do I have to store a TV, microwave, and fridge with my package?
No. You can store any combination of items within your selected package. The only restriction is that each package allows for only one (1) fridge.
What is the largest box size you can store?
We can store boxes or bins up to 20 gallons in size, such as storage trunks available at Lowe's or Home Depot. Anything larger is considered an oversized item. Order storage boxes here
Does the TV require a box for storage?
Yes. All TVs and monitors must be stored in a TV box. TV boxes can be purchased here
How does Remedy Student Storage protect my items?
1. We can wrap for added protection but will not be responsible if damaged when stored without a box.
2. TV boxes are available for purchase. All televisions must be in a box!!
3. We ensure all items are labeled with name and item count prior to storage
Is your facility climate-controlled?
Yes! Our facility features an upgraded HVAC system and an industrial dehumidifier, making it ideal for sensitive items like medicines and chemicals. The facility maintains a temperature between 75–78°F.

Remedy Student Storage (RSS) will try our best to assist with storing items common to student housing items and from traditional household settings. However, the following items are prohibited:

How will I know when it is time for my pick-up?
On the date of pick-up, we will notify clients when drivers are en-route on pick-up date
Do I need to wait outside at Pick-Up & Delivery for RSS to arrive?
You do not need to wait outside. When RSS workers arrive they will come to you.
Do I have to be present when my items are being removed?
We will not pick-up items from an unmanned room to avoid removing unintended items.
What will happen when the truck arrives?
1. RSS workers will conduct a pick-up inventory for item accountability
2. RSS workers will wrap microwaves and refrigerators for protection
3. RSS will ensure all items are labeled with name and item count prior to storage
4. RSS will remove, transport, and store items
What do I need to do to prepare for pick-up?

Group items-to-be-stored together, on the floor, in the center the room (preferably)

Make sure all refrigerators and microwave doors are open on day of pick-up for inspection

Make sure all refrigerators with freezers are emptied, defrosted, and cleaned

We will not take dirty refrigerators and/or microwaves

Dirty constitutes visible food or debris that will generate insects

All televisions must be in a box!!
